First let me say, the food is great. What spoiled it was delivery time and customer service. Ordered at 18:03, estimated delivery at 18:45. I was ok with that. 19:15 I called to ask where it was, told "it's on the way". 20:20 called to ask where is my order, told " it's on the way" , replied that's what you said half an hour ago and we are only 1.5 miles away, " must be traffic" (it's Sunday evening). 20:40 called to cancel my order and ask for refund and was told it is 5 minutes from me. It did turn up at 20:47, so tea turned out to be supper. Really nice food guys but not using you again.
